Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual sales quotas for responsible territories - projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implement sales programs by developing dealer sales action plans and implementing marketing activities.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Develop Dealer Program and sets up key sales KPIs, monitor and follow them up through in-depth analysis and developing action plans.
• Continuously monitor dealers' status and develops their capability - check AR risk, ensure dealer assessment process, find potential dealers, etc
• Prepare regular reporting for sales result and consolidates data of each territory.
• Drive initiatives of building Trek Owned Sales/Inventory system to the sales channels to maximize effective management of sales and inventory.
• Rigorously drive Market Share Analysis strategies and monetize the Market Share Analysis to grow and achieve market share goals

Requirements

• 7~15 years of field sales experience
• Excellent strategic and problem-solving with strong relationship building skills
• Sound computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel
• Capability in analyzing numbers and finding implications.
• Extensive experience delivering a high level of customer service
• A general understanding of the bicycle industry and a passion for cycling (plus)
• Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and work remotely
