This hands-on position involves enterprise application development, configuration, integration, reporting, data management, troubleshooting, and ongoing application maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.Develop and manage integrations, extensions, reports, and data extractions.Support data activities such as conversion, validation, and reconciliation.Work with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.Troubleshoot application issues and ensure system reliability.Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.Collaborate with vendors and partners for knowledge transfer and ongoing application support.Location: This position is based on-site in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. Consideration will be given to candidates in all three locations, with relocation assistance available for non-local hires.Background ProfileWe seek an experienced enterprise applications professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP environment.Required Background:Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application development or systems analysis, preferably in utilities, energy, finance, or regulated industries.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a similar enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations and acquisitions.Professional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Customer systems, operational systems, or related areas.Experience in application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. US work authorization without sponsorship required.Local candidates or those willing to relocate upon hire.
