Director Of Nursing

Take the lead in shaping the future of resident care as our Director of Nursing in Bristol, Connecticut. In this pivotal role, you'll guide a talented clinical team, ensure the highest standards of care, and foster a culture where compassion and professionalism go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to all nursing staff
Oversee compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
Partner with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' overall health and well-being
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for optimal performance

Qualifications:

Active Connecticut RN license
At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to delivering outstanding, resident-centered care
