Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Royse City, Texas . As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and internal stakeholders
