About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic leadership and direction for the firm's finance function. The CFO will be responsible for the stewardship of the firm's finances, including financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, facilities, insurance, and procurement. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, and a strong background in overseeing business unit or office-level P&Ls. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the firm's financial health through sound fiscal management and effective controls. Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include leading the development and execution of the firm's annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes. The CFO will also serve as a strategic financial partner to office leadership, present financial and operational results to firm leadership, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting. The role involves overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and treasury activities, as well as managing the firm's tax obligations and financial audits. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and firm leadership on matters related to financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and fiscal stewardship. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
