Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Administrative & Sales Processing Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handling and directing incoming phone calls. Maintaining service department records, job logs, fleet management, etc. Operate the P21 accounting and sales system primarily for service department and provide back-up for the sales system. Provide back-up and be able to complete documentation including Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Start-up & Training plans. Qualifications include, but are not limited to: Prior inside sales/customer service experience The ideal candidate would have preferably/but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge: pump/motor /rotating equipment/industrial products. Efficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently. Must have experience performing a majority of the functions. Willingness to learn and take directions when needed. Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking, and customer focus is required. Regular in-person attendance required.
