The Production Scheduler plays a critical role in a manufacturing environment, coordinating scheduling, inventory, and orders to ensure smooth operations. Working within a medium-sized team of 6-15 members and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position demands strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals efficiently.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines
- Coordinate inventory levels to align with production needs
- Manage order processing and prioritization
- Generate and maintain production data reports
- Collaborate across departments to resolve scheduling conflicts
- 5+ years of experience in production scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of production scheduling and inventory management
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
