What You'll Do

Every day brings an opportunity to improve someone's quality of life by providing respectful, individualized care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Help clients safely move throughout their home and assist with transfers
• Encourage independence while providing hands-on support when needed
• Observe changes in client condition and communicate concerns promptly
• Assist with medication reminders or approved medication support
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
• Complete accurate daily care documentation
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

We're looking for dependable professionals who genuinely enjoy caring for others.

Requirements include:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Qualified Service Provider (QSP) credentials
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional client care

Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
