An opportunity awaits for a dedicated Occupational Therapist ready to contribute to the academic success and well-being of students in a supportive school environment near Madison, TN. This contract role spans from an immediate start through May 27th, 2027, offering the chance to work full-time across the academic year with a diverse caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Occupational Therapist credentials/certification required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing a larger caseload and overseeing certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs)
• Valid driver’s license for inter-school travel within the district

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 120 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and interventions tailored to meet students’ unique educational needs
• Supervise and provide guidance to three COTAs throughout the district, ensuring collaboration and quality therapeutic outcomes
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Engage with educators, families, and support staff to foster a collaborative environment
• Travel between school sites as necessary to provide consistent support and service delivery

This position offers a stable, structured schedule of 37.5 hours per week across a 5-day workweek, providing consistency and balance throughout the school year.
