About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Clinical Operations EMEA. This pivotal role involves serving as a strategic advisor to the EMEA VP, with a focus on the quality and timely execution of decisions made by the EMEA Clinical Operations Leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic planning efforts, ensuring the mission, vision, and direction are clear to all, and fostering effective leadership and connections. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in transforming strategy into impact, guiding the collective journey forward, and monitoring key transformation projects' rollout. Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for work with a proactive and results-driven attitude are essential. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA being preferred, and a background in health care is also desirable. The role requires a candidate with good knowledge of business, finance, and analytics, as well as the ability to operate at tactical, strategic, and operational levels. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, and decision-making, and have a proven track record of building strong relationships and managing trusted stakeholder relationships. A continuous learner who is adept at multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced, matrix environment, the Chief of Staff will also be responsible for acting as the point of contact for corporate communication and change management within the Clinical Operations.
