About the Role

The Company is seeking a Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership for a contract engagement. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing core finance operations, enhancing reporting accuracy, and guiding capital planning to support sound business decisions. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in senior financial leadership, preferably in a CFO or equivalent executive finance position, and a proven track record in cash flow analysis, capital planning, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of month-end close procedures, financial reporting, and accounting best practices, and the ability to improve financial processes and business systems in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the organization's financial strategy, directing cash flow monitoring and analysis, overseeing capital management activities, and managing the month-end close process. The successful candidate will also be expected to produce and review financial reports, partner with senior leadership to interpret financial data, and enhance business systems and financial workflows. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to translate complex financial information into practical recommendations and to maintain strong internal financial oversight. The CFO will play a critical role in supporting the company's overall business performance and must be adept at managing priorities, driving accountability, and supporting cross-functional decision-making.
