Associate Director, International Tax

Role Associate Director, International Tax supporting U.S. international tax compliance, planning, and process improvements within a biopharma setting. Responsibilities prepare and review tax compliance forms (e.g., Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8992, 8993) perform tax calculations (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits) support ASC 740 tax accounting manage country-by-country reporting (CbCR, Pillar Two) assist cross-border structuring coordinate dividend/tax-efficient cash repatriation Qualifications minimum 5 years in international tax strong knowledge of U.S. international tax rules Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or CPA preferred) experience with global tax transparency initiatives proficiency with Corptax International, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query High Value biopharma context, emphasis on compliance, planning, and automation, with focus on international tax regulations, cross-border transactions, and global reporting standards.
