OVP Health is actively seeking qualified Internal Medicine trained Hospitalist to help grow our inpatient program at Buchanan General Hospital in Grundy, VA

OVP is a family-owned physician group practice company focused on the delivery of hospitalist and emergency department physicians. OVP's physicians and affiliated providers practice in hospitals and other inpatient facilities. The current opportunities are provided by OVP as contracted by OhioHealth

Buchanan General Hospital :

• Physician-led organization
• Collegial work environment with emphasis on quality patient care
• Census Avg- 10-12
• Avg Night Admissions- 1-2
  
• Day rounds/Night call
• Avg 1-2 ICU patients Hospitalist service
• 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) of APP coverage (7a-3p)
• EMR- CPSI 
• Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC)

• Specialty coverage includes: General Surgery, Cardiology, Urology, Pulmonology
