Branch Operations Manager

Branch Operations Manager Timpte is growing and looking for a Branch Operations Manager for our Customer Service Center in Aurora, NE. This role will be responsible for all aftermarket operations for the assigned Customer Service Center Facility. This person will provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure a successful and safe CSC operation. Pay for this position is $90-110k/year (DOE) + annual Bonus. Job Responsibilities Responsible for Parts and Service Sales financial targets – sales, margins, expenses, net income. Continuously focus on improving performance, productivity and top line sales on parts and service of the branch location. Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions. Responsible for the daily management of all branch personnel and ensure compliance with all company policies. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with existing and new customers and resolve any elevated customer issues. Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years prior managerial experience in a related industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
