Position Overview

We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work and can lead installation projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the standard on job sites and helps develop the next generation of technicians.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations (furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, ductwork)
• Supervise and mentor install helpers and junior technicians
• Ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Communicate clearly with homeowners on-site
• Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential systems and installation best practices
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
