Why This Role Stands Out $8,000 Sign-On Bonus (with qualifying experience) Earn $80,000-$100,000+ annually after your first year Home Daily Stable, long-term career with a 120+ year company Industry-leading benefits + retirement plans Well-maintained equipment + strong safety culture What You’ll Do Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers to the branch Ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows Communicate any issues or delays promptly with your supervisor Maintain strict adherence to company safety standards Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, cleanliness, and a positive attitude What You Bring Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements Minimum 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience (shuttle double experience preferred for bonus eligibility) Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years) Ability to operate variety of trailers with tandem axle tractors (i.e., 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft.) Must pass required drug screening and physical High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) Commitment to Driver Safety Your safety is our priority.
