Immediate opening for a Master Scheduler in Brea, CA who possesses:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in scheduling, planning, or supply chain operations
• Proven expertise with MRP/ERP systems (experience with Made2Manage/M2M preferred)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing scheduling, inventory coordination, and work center priorities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills

FULL DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Releasing, planning, and scheduling jobs within the Made2Manage (M2M) ERP system to ensure on-time product delivery and maximum operational efficiency
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all planning and scheduling activities across operations
• Collaborating with Program Management, Materials, and Manufacturing teams to allocate available resources, equipment, and staff
• Setting and updating daily work center priorities in M2M alongside work center leaders
• Maintaining standard job routings and managing schedule adjustments
• Monitoring current/anticipated orders against raw material inventory to proactively identify and fulfill supply needs
• Participating in periodic backlog, planning, and forecasting meetings across key departments

The selected candidate will also possess:

• Deep understanding of supply chain workflows and manufacturing processes
• PC proficiency with strong working knowledge of Windows and Outlook
• Solid mathematical skills with the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
• APICS certification preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Salary Range: $85,000 to $115,000/year
