Speech Pathologist – Career Opportunity Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to deliver speech and language rehabilitation services to patients at our national inpatient rehabilitation centers. About the Role You will be an integral part of the therapy team, working closely with patients to help them overcome speech and communication challenges. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories and milestones along the rehabilitation journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
