Blue Mountain Bathrooms is a leading provider of premium acrylic bath remodeling solutions. We transform bathrooms into beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance spaces that improve the lives of homeowners. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Event Show Demonstrators / Brand Ambassadors in the Harrisburg, PA market and surrounding areas.

Compensation$15.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

- Engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate potential customers about our bath remodeling products and services
- Generate high-quality leads and schedule in-home consultations
- Create excitement and attract visitors to the booth
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display area
- Accurately collect customer information and appointment details
- Collaborate with the Event Coordinator and sales team to achieve goals
- Uphold the company's reputation and brand standards at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
- Customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or promotional experience preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation to travel to local events and shows
- Weekend availability required
- You enjoy interacting with people and building relationships
- You're confident, enthusiastic, and approachable
- You thrive in a goal-oriented environment
