Hybrid schedule

– Work

onsite in Columbia, MD 4 days per week , and

remote 1 day per week .

Patient support

– Deliver education, care coordination, and follow-ups for

cardiovascular

patients.

Lead clinical teams

– Manage Medical Assistants across both virtual and in-office settings.

Patient support

– Deliver education, care coordination, and follow-ups for cardiovascular patients.

Collaborate across care

– Work side-by-side with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to keep care on track.

Use smart tools

– Tap into telehealth platforms and EMRs to streamline patient management and reduce admin.

Licensure

– Active RN license in Maryland, DC, or Virginia (multistate license is a plus).

Cardiology background

– At least 2 years working in

outpatient cardiology .

Leadership experience

– You’ve led teams of

Medical Assistants, CNAs, or RNs

in a clinical setting.

Tech confidence

– Familiar with EMRs and virtual care systems.

Clear communicator

– Strong at coordinating care, updating teams, and guiding patients through their next steps.

– 4 days in-office, 1 day remote each week.
