Security Access Design Lead

Cognizant is pursuing an Oracle Fusion Cloud migration for a major Hampton Roads public utility. You will serve as the named Security/Role-Based Access Design Lead, responsible for Oracle Fusion security, role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and identity management appropriate for a public-sector organization. To be considered, you will have 7+ years of Oracle implementation experience with Fusion security design. Job Duties: Design Oracle Fusion security model, role-based access controls, and segregation of duties (SoD). Define identity management and integration with Microsoft Active Directory, MFA, and SSO. Establish least-privilege, auditability, and compliance frameworks for a public-sector environment. Coordinate security design across all functional and reporting workstreams. Provide security documentation and knowledge transfer to HRSD IT staff.. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Oracle implementation experience (RFP minimum). Demonstrated Oracle Fusion security and role-based access control design experience. Experience with segregation of duties, identity management, and compliance frameworks. Ability to serve as named Key Personnel on a government proposal, including reference checks and client interviews. Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field... Preferred Qualifications & Skills Public sector security/compliance experience. Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration experience. Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or equivalent SoD tooling. Willingness to work on-site in Hampton Roads as required... Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $155K - $185K.
