Director of Nursing (DON)Complete Care at Green Knoll is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at our 176-bed, 4-star rated skilled nursing and long-term care community in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic nursing leader who is committed to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and exceptional resident-centered care.Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.Minimum of two years of experience serving as a Director of Nursing.Demonstrated experience in both skilled nursing and long-term care settings.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.Key Responsibilities for Director of Nursing (DON):Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services.Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and compassion.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care.Mentor and develop nursing staff while promoting professional growth and retention.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.Join Complete Care at Green Knoll and make a meaningful impact in a supportive organization dedicated to excellence in post-acute and long-term care.
