Healthcare Recruiter: Full-Cycle & Community Partnerships

Northlake Behavioral Health System

Northlake Behavioral Health System in Mandeville, LA is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our hospital and outpatient programs. You will be the face of Northlake to candidates, schools, and community partners, filling clinical and non-clinical roles and building talent pipelines. Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while maintaining compliance and confidentiality in a fast-paced behavioral #J-18808-Ljbffr Northlake Behavioral Health System
