Lead EMS Operations Supervisor

Lead EMS Operations SupervisorLifeStar Response is looking for a Lead Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, holding teams accountable, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.You'll play an important role in supporting our employees and field operations, including:Tracking attendance, punctuality, call-offs, and timekeeping issues.Addressing employee concerns such as lateness, dress code, professionalism, and performance.Providing coaching and participating in corrective action.Troubleshooting scheduling and staffing issues.Generating and reviewing operational reports.Conducting fact-finding and employee investigations.Maintaining uniform inventory and coordinating orders.Managing truck and vehicle logistics between bases.Monitoring Samsara activity and providing driver coaching.Working closely with Operations and HR to resolve employee and operational concerns.Supporting supervisors and employees with day-to-day operational needs.Identifying recurring issues and helping develop solutions.We're looking for a dependable, organized leader who can communicate clearly, address problems directly, and follow through.The ideal candidate will have:Prior supervisory or leadership experience.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to handle employee issues professionally and objectively.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Experience in EMS, transportation, healthcare, logistics, or a similar operational environment preferred.Experience with Samsara or fleet/telematics systems is a plus.At LifeStar Response our operations leaders have a direct impact on our employees, our crews, and the communities we serve.
