Our busy outpatient medical practice is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in direct patient care, comfortable with clinical workflows, and able to support front‐office checkout when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain accurate histories, vitals, and medication updates

• Perform phlebotomy and assist with in‐office procedures

• Manage clinical tasks within the EMR, including documentation, orders, and messaging

• Support patient flow and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment

• Assist with checkout duties as needed (scheduling, referrals, patient instructions)

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience in an outpatient setting

• Strong phlebotomy skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and patient‐service skills

• Reliable, professional, and able to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff
