Qualifications:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy (PT) license
• Current BLS certification
• At least one year of physical therapy experience in a hospital outpatient setting within the last three years
• Demonstrated pelvic health experience and clinical independence (must be able to provide care without direct mentorship)
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans for outpatient clients, focusing on pelvic health needs
• Collaborate with a team, including one existing pelvic health provider, to deliver coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and at-home care strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient progress to other healthcare professionals as needed
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and ethical standards
