Key Responsibilit

• iesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation efforts to improve plant performan

• on.Evaluate existing plant processes and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and support long-term operational goa
• ls.Partner with operations, maintenance, controls, and quality teams to develop and execute process improvement initiativ
• es.Lead assigned capital projects from concept through startup and successful implementati

Qualificat

• ionsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience consider
