We're hiring ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to join our clinician-owned team! No ABA experience? No problem, we provide paid training and ongoing support. Experienced RBTs are also encouraged to apply, as we value the skills and expertise you bring to our team.

• Competitive pay up to $24/hour based on experience and certification

• Flexible scheduling options : full-time or part-time (15–40 hours/week) with flexible shifts

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a research-based approach that helps improve communication, learning, and daily living skills.

Work Locations:

• In-home

• In-center

• Community-based settings

Scheduling:

• Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Part-time: Flexible shifts between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check
