We're the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. In seconds, case managers and providers can say "yes" to patients who would otherwise wait weeks — while we handle every step behind the scenes. The Role We're looking for a Brand Designer to build and execute the first scalable version of Conduit Health's brand and creative engine. You'll partner directly with our Head of Marketing to design the creative infrastructure the entire company runs on: brand voice, visual identity, design systems, and the templates and standards that make every touchpoint consistent and scalable. You will also shape how we show up everywhere: ads, web, lifecycle, sales, partnerships, and beyond. One day you're defining our brand voice and design system; the next you're shipping landing pages and decks. You can expect a high-ownership, high-output role working across every department. We move fast, test constantly, and care deeply about craft. What You’ll Do Brand + Creative Strategy Own and evolve Conduit's brand identity: look, feel, voice, and tone. Dive deep into the competitive landscape and develop a clear POV that creatively differentiates Conduit Health. Establish design standards and systems that scale. Self-Guided & High-Output Be a partner in the strategy and own the execution for evolving the visual brand identity of our website, organic profiles, and every surface in between. Proactively seek out opportunities to up-level our brand- you aren't just responding to briefs. Design and ship creative tests across all marketing channels such as paid ads, landing pages, sales decks, events and more. Partner with product design to build and evolve our design system, owning illustration, iconography, photography, and brand expression across products and services. Build the Creative Engine Create processes for briefs, reviews, and creative production. Create and maintain a consistent, scalable brand asset library for all departments to reference when needed. Help define outsourced vs. in-house needs and be the point of contact for outsourced work, ensuring quality and brand consistency across all outsourced creative. Who You Are You have 3+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, and marketing design, ideally at a startup or high-growth company. You have a portfolio of high-craft brand and marketing work that you personally produced. You're a builder: hands-on, high-craft, and high-output. You're AI-fluent. You use AI tools to speed up and elevate your work, and you bring fresh ideas for how emerging AI can shape new marketing approaches. You have motion design experience, or you're able to use tools to create compelling motion work. You have web design experience, whether in Webflow, Framer, or through strong landing page design instincts. You're a strategist: solution-focused, forward-looking, and pragmatic. You're comfortable with ambiguity. You can operate without a playbook and turn ideas into crisp creative execution. You're confident but low ego. You know what good looks like and can articulate why, while staying open and collaborative to opposing opinions. You are a true partner, working in direct strategic partnership with the Head of Marketing. Nice to Have Experience working on performance marketing creative. Copywriting ability or strong collaboration with copy. Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or other trust-heavy regulated categories.
