HVAC Install Helper

Job Description

You’ve got some HVAC install experience under your belt—now it’s time to take the next step. We’re looking for an HVAC Install Helper who’s ready to build on their foundation, sharpen their skills, and grow into a top-tier Installer. If you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and want to keep learning from experienced professionals, this is where you level up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1-3 Years of Residential HVAC Install experience required
Service Titan experience preferred
Able to install and replace residential HVAC systems (from basic heating & cooling system to full home automated systems)
Intermediate understanding of HVAC System design and Installation Techniques
Knowledge of intermediate electrical and refrigeration principles
Able to install garage unit heaters, steam humidifiers, zoning systems, ERV & HRV Systems, exhaust fans and set up gas pressure on gas furnaces
Strong customer service skills required
Because you will be driving our trucks, we need you to have and maintain a clean driving record
