Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting serving a patient population ranging from infants to geriatrics
• Maintain a patient assignment ratio of 1:4 within a 46-room department with an average daily census of 135
• Utilize electronic health record and medication dispensing systems including Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR communication framework
• Adhere to weekend rotation requirements, working every other weekend
• Fulfill holiday work obligations per assignment period as defined by facility policy
• Float to a sister campus as needed based on departmental staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensure in Georgia or a Compact state
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency in general Emergency Room clinical skills and workflows
• All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes permitted post-offer or post-onsite
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements must be completed within required deadlines to avoid start date delays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Experience working with high-volume, high-acuity emergency departments
