Responsibilities Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between. Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing training to decide on the best pest solution. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads provided by a robust advertising budget. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home. Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing any questions and setting expectations. FIRST YEAR POTENTIAL EARNINGS $80K.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license with good driving record. Pass a drug screen and background check. Obtain appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers. Work Environment Position located in Newnan, Georgia. Safe use of ladder within weight capacity; lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear PPE; sometimes requires OSHA‑compliant respirator.
