Executive Director

The client is seeking an Executive Director to provide visionary leadership and serve as the organization’s chief executive, helping ensure its work remains vibrant, mission-driven, and focused on advancing racial and social equity. The role supports efforts to preserve and share the histories, cultures, and art of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) through immersive storytelling, exhibitions, and community-driven programs that promote cross-cultural understanding. The Executive Director will oversee financial stewardship and operational excellence, with accountability for leadership that sustains the institution’s impact and long-term effectiveness. The role reports to the co-presidents and board of trustees and will be expected to collaborate with board members and stakeholders to guide strategy, strengthen organizational performance, and uphold the mission through effective governance and management. Qualified candidates should demonstrate executive-level leadership, the ability to manage complex operations, and a commitment to mission alignment with AANHPI communities.
