Prepare and present a variety of hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently for diverse meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, and Special/Catered Events.

• Prepare portioned, cooked, and presented food items for various meal periods.
• Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstation.
• Assist in dishwashing and tray line duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food service.
• Follow instructions and recipes accurately for food preparation.

• Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to use all kitchen equipment effectively.
• Experience in catering and banquet cooking.
• Skill in mixing, chopping, grilling, slicing, steaming, and cold prep.
• Competence in inventory control.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow recipes.

• Ability to use knives safely and efficiently.
• Experience in cooking fish, chicken, and meat.
• Dishwashing and cleaning skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
