Senior Product Manager, Validation Services

Senior Product Manager role at Cytiva focused on shaping the global validation services portfolio for filtration solutions. Responsible for converting customer and market evidence into portfolio strategy, lifecycle decisions, and commercial actions that drive adoption and value creation across the filtration business.
Responsibilities
- Lead voice-of-customer research, workflow observation, and market assessment to inform portfolio improvements
- Develop roadmap and lifecycle priorities, sizing opportunities and recommending investment allocation decisions
- Define value propositions, service packages, and positioning to drive adoption of validation services
- Develop forecasts and recommendations for pricing, packaging, and service delivery decisions
- Drive cross-functional execution with commercial, operations, quality, R&D, and finance teams using continuous improvement methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years progressive product management or commercial role experience
- 7+ years direct product management accountability for strategy and commercialization
- Experience managing product-line or portfolio strategy and lifecycle for complex technical products
- Demonstrated ability developing business cases, forecasts, and pricing recommendations
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations with global stakeholders
Compensation: $127,500 - $195,000 USD base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
