Retail Asset Protection Investigator

JCPenney

JCPenney in Merrillville, IN is seeking an Asset Protection professional to help reduce shrink and protect store assets. You will observe activities, conduct investigations, document processes, and work with leadership to resolve incidents. Travel to designated stores as needed, interview customers and contractors per policy, and support safety programs while maintaining professional relationships with local law enforcement.
