As a Security Officer Reception Desk in Dayton, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location where you will serve as the front desk presence, helping to monitor access, greet visitors, manage credentials, and support security-related processes with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Monitor front desk operations, greet employees, visitors, and vendors, and assist with access control processes, visitor sign-in, and badge distribution according to site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, manage inquiries, and help document security-related events, visitor activity, and daily front desk reports in line with location requirements.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, verifying credentials, and reporting concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
