Head of Product

What We're Looking For Experience owning a product function - strategy, roadmap, and execution - in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally at a growth-stage company A track record of building product process and discipline where it didn't previously exist, not just operating within an established one Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly across a complex list of competing initiatives (compliance/security requirements, technical modernization, custom enterprise commitments, and new feature launches) Comfort partnering closely with Engineering, including enough technical depth to engage on architecture and emerging technology decisions Experience owning products through full launch cycles - alpha through steady-state - including the go-to-market and enablement work around a launch, not just the build Strongly Preferred Experience Transportation or logistics domain experience (rideshare, transit, fleet, or logistics platforms) is a strong plus Healthcare-adjacent experience - eligibility, billing, care coordination, discharge planning - is valuable, particularly when paired with a modern SaaS environment Field services or emergency/infrastructure coordination background is also relevant Experience owning or structuring partnership/integration relationships, including the commercial and contractual considerations involved Who You Are A builder who wants to stand up a function, not maintain an existing one High accountability: you identify problems, work the solution, and drive it to done with minimal oversight Intellectually curious, customer-obsessed, and comfortable asking "why" until you get to the real problem Comfortable moving between strategic roadmap conversations and tactical execution - prioritizing a ticket backlog is as much part of the job as shaping a multi-year vision Collaborative and decisive, energized by ambiguity and early-stage build work Why You'll Love Working Here Impactful Mission: Help expand access to healthcare transportation by powering the technology behind it Real Ownership: You're building a product function from the ground up, and the results will be yours Strong Foundation: A profitable, capital-backed business with 600+ customers and strong YoY growth Collaborative Leadership: Work directly with a first-class leadership team that moves fast and trusts each other to deliver Room to Grow: As the business and roadmap scale, so does this role Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonus and equity, commensurate with experience Medical insurance with employer contribution 100% employer-paid dental and vision plans Paid time off, holidays, and flexible core business hours 401(k) retirement plan with company match Professional development, training, and conference opportunities RouteGenie is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
