Quality Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to lead andcontinuously improve the quality management function at our electrical wiring harnessmanufacturing facility in Elmhurst, Illinois.The Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improvingquality systems and processes across incoming materials, production, testing, finalinspection, and customer shipments. This position will work closely with Production,Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to ensure that products consistentlymeet customer specifications, applicable industry standards, and internal qualityrequirements.The ideal candidate has experience in wire harness, cable assembly,electrical/electromechanical manufacturing, or a closely related industry andunderstands both the technical and practical aspects of manufacturing quality. This is ahands-on leadership position requiring someone who can work effectively on theproduction floor while also managing quality systems, documentation, correctiveactions, customer issues, and continuous-improvement initiatives.You should be proficient in:SolderingQuality Control ExperienceElectrical / Electronic SystemsExperience in a Manufacturing Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
