OSHA-trained laborers needed for utility construction, site preparation, and heavy civil projects across the Mid-Atlantic. General Laborers R&R Contracting Utilities is hiring experienced general laborers for utility construction and heavy civil projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Delaware, and Pennsylvania. What You'll Do Perform manual labor tasks on active construction sites including digging, lifting, and material handling Assist with installation and repair of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain) Support equipment operators, pipe layers, and foremen on site Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards Follow directions from site supervisors and project foremen What We're Looking For Prior construction or utility experience preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (we'll train if needed) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to jobsites Valid ID and ability to pass drug screening and background check What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Prevailing wage jobs on government contracts Consistent work — 30+ active projects per week OSHA training provided Advancement opportunities to equipment operator, foreman, or supervisor Location: Maryland / DC / Virginia Status: Open — Hiring immediately We're always hiring experienced laborers, equipment operators, and flaggers.
