Responsibilities

Lead our sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities within the Chesterfield community.

Consult with potential clients to evaluate their existing risk and design comprehensive coverage strategies.

Maintain an active pipeline and nurture long-term relationships with our existing policyholders.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate application submissions and efficient processing.

Provide ongoing education to clients regarding their policy benefits and coverage changes.

Take an active role in office culture by supporting the growth and development of our broader agency team.

Requirements

Current Virginia Property Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Deep understanding of policy coverage, risk assessment, and underwriting guidelines.

Strong comfort level with presenting solutions to both individuals and business owners.

Experience using agency management systems to track and manage client portfolios.

Ability to mentor and guide junior sales staff to help them reach their potential.
