Distribution Coordinator

Distribution Coordinator position at Zimmer Biomet's Englewood, Colorado facility, responsible for receiving, inspecting, and shipping surgical instrumentation and implants to healthcare facilities. Role requires attention to detail in inventory management, documentation, and regulatory compliance within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Package products and materials for shipment with proper protection
• Prepare shipping documentation with accurate addresses and inventory verification
• Receive and inspect incoming surgical trays; restock inventory based on usage
• Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and purchase order accuracy against pack slips
• Maintain electronic records from purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions; assist with cycle counts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years distribution or inventory control experience and/or training
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in team environment
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Problem-solving and analytical aptitude preferred

Compensation: $22 per hour + up to 10% quarterly performance bonus
