You'll reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close. What you'll do Process vendor invoices through three-way matching (PO + receipt + invoice) Run weekly check runs and ACH payments Maintain 1099 records and year-end filings Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Support month-end close What we're looking for 1+ year accounts payable or comparable bookkeeping experience Comfort with QuickBooks Online (or comparable accounting software) Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ You'll always hear from us.
