Job Description :  
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, inventory is maintained properly, and the warehouse operates safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :  

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Pick, pack, palletize, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Stock inventory and maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks and pallet movers.
• Assist customers and drivers at the warehouse pickup counter in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process customer and vendor Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
• Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Work closely with warehouse and office personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Experience and Requirements :  

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• HVAC distribution or construction supply experience is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).
• Ability to safely lift and move boxes averaging 10-30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
