Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering trusting therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address challenges, and identify next steps, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop and implement personalized, person-centered treatment plans, actively involving clients in their care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Perform initial intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine the appropriate course of action.

• Provide individual therapy sessions and adapt treatment modalities to suit the specific needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing varied mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.
