Clinical Manager - Charleston, SC

Job Summary Clinical Education Manager responsible for ensuring customers have access to BD product training, aligning with sales goals, delivering live and electronic training, and conducting assessments as per compliance. Essential Duties Partner with Territory Manager to advance business. Perform clinical assessment and product implementation activities in accordance with annual goals. Perform follow‑up product training assessments to ensure product pull‑through. Manage operational budget for product implementations and per diem staff. Responsibilities Plan the delivery of overall programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of BD. Carry out new initiatives to support strategic direction of the organization. Maintain forms and records to document program activities (SalesForce) and supervise collection and maintenance of records for statistical purposes. Connect with partners to gain support for the program and solicit input to improve it. Collaborate closely with hospital leadership to ensure effective and efficient program delivery and pull‑through. Develop product training plans accordingly, involving hospital team members as needed. Coordinate services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Maintain personal travel budget as part of the Training Specialist team budget. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree and valid Nursing License. 4‑5 years of nursing experience preferred. Charge nurse or preceptor experience preferred. Acute care nursing experience preferred. Valid state‑issued driver’s license and meet BD's auto safety standards. Work schedule will vary with multiple shifts; overnight travel up to 80% including overnights. Travel includes driving, flying, and overnights in hotels within assignment territory; additional travel may be required for conferences, open territories, and training assessments.
