We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our operations throughout the Pacific Northwest . The ideal candidate selected for this role will maintain that success by strengthening leadership capability, driving employee engagement, and scaling long-term talent pipelines.

• Target base salary: $90k - 100k (depending on experience

• Scope: Serve as the primary HR partner to 16 District Managers and restaurant General Managers.

What We Seek:

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as a Field HRBP or Regional HR Manager.
• Industry: Experience in a high-volume, multi-unit environment is required (QSR, fast-casual, traditional restaurant, franchise networks, or hospitality/retail).
• Workforce Scale: Demonstrated success supporting a large, high-turnover hourly workforce across a wide geographic footprint.
• Employment Law: Strong working knowledge of Washington state labor compliance; exposure to British Columbia/Canadian employment standards is highly preferred.
• Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence operational leaders without direct authority.
