At Right at Home, we are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled individuals to join our team as Caretaker. If you have a caring heart, a desire to help others, and the ability to provide quality care, this is the opportunity for you.
As a Caretaker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities and seniors who wish to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. You will assist clients with daily activities and essential tasks that improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate is someone who is kind-hearted, patient, attentive, and organized - a true companion in every sense.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with personal care needs, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
- Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Helping with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Providing mobility assistance and transportation to appointments or outings.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client behavior or health to supervisors.
Each client is unique, and so are the care plans we follow. Your role as a Caretaker may vary based on individual needs, but your purpose remains the same: to bring comfort, dignity, and support into someone's daily life.
