As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 01:00 PM - 11:30 PM Tue 01:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related concerns. Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
