Low Voltage/ SEC Technician

Base Pay $19.00 - $30.00 / Hour Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Travel 90%

DESCRIPTION

The SEC Technician builds, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems and components.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation Provide skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas Read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembling electronics Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment Adjust and replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry and electrical components Test electronic units, using standard test equipment, and analyze results to evaluate performance Develop understanding and take part in Field Quality Control and Quality Assurance process Lift up to 50 lbs Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate Maintain the standards, culture and values of CML Security Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

High school diploma or GED preferred 3 Years of related experience or equivalent education preferred Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
